Carol is the Managing Director of SeaStarr Management Solutions.

Her career has spanned over 20 years and seen her work at national executive level in a number of government departments, participate as a member of an international health leaders group and represent New Zealand internationally with organisations such as Rehabilitation International.

She also has hands-on experience in developing and growing businesses to become multi-site operators with staff spread through out the country, and turning companies around from loss to significant profit.

Carol has experience in developing, maintaining and managing innovative solution-focused teams. She has successfully managed several large change managmenet projects within government agencies.

She graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Certificate in Rehabilitation.

As a people person Carol enjoys creating an environment where staff are provided with the support and resources to develop to their full potential. She has experience in working in dynamic roles challenged with managing the expectations of various stakeholders and delivering innovative solutions within resources available.
